
Last month, I had a memorable experience at The Corner Grille in the Upper Westside of Atlanta, GA. Although the initial waiting period was a bit frustrating, the slow-cooked bone-in Lamb Shank was truly worth the wait. It was incredibly tender and well-seasoned. The dish was complemented by the light crunch of the carrots, the delightful softness of the mash, the nutty parmesan cheese, topped with green onions, and a touch of parsley for garnish. All of these elements combined to create a truly outstanding meal.
